1. Offers, prices and payments

1.1 The prices stated for the products and services offered are in euros and inclusive of 21% VAT.

1.2 Payment for the digital products offered on https://moneyminds.io takes place online and via the payment methods offered. The product is delivered digitally and after successful payment automatically via email or made accessible online.

1.3 By placing an order and paying for a digital product, the buyer enters into a final purchase agreement with MoneyMinds. The terms and conditions of this agreement are available on https://moneyminds.io before and at the time you order a product. During the ordering process, you must also accept these conditions.

1.4 A final agreement gives the buyer the non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the digital products. Intellectual property rights and legal authorship remain at all times with MoneyMinds.

2 Intellectual Property Rights

2.1 All intellectual property rights relating to digital products, both in whole and in part, shall remain the property of MoneyMinds. You undertake to refrain from any action that violates intellectual property rights.

2.2 MoneyMinds guarantees that the digital products delivered to you do not infringe any intellectual property rights of third parties.

3 Liability and Responsibility

3.1 MoneyMinds shall not be liable for any damage which may arise from the use of the relevant products.

3.2 Correspondence and/or delivery takes place via email and internet. You are responsible for providing the correct (email) address to MoneyMinds. In addition, you are also responsible for correctly configuring your PC and any programs present such as firewalls, spam filters and virus scanners, so that messages sent to you and digital products can be received.

4 Copyright and unauthorised use of downloads

4.1 The digital products of MoneyMinds are subject to copyright. It is therefore not permitted to copy and/or distribute and/or commercially exploit the digital products purchased.

4.2 It is not allowed to create "derivative works" by modifying the downloads and then distributing or commercially exploiting them.

5 Cancelling an order

5.1 For digital products of MoneyMinds there is no right of return. Cancellation of already executed and delivered orders is therefore not possible.

6 Miscellaneous

6.1 If one or more of the provisions of these conditions is in conflict with any applicable law, the provision in question shall cease to have effect and shall be replaced by a new comparable provision to be determined by MoneyMinds.

6.2 These conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law.

6.3 All disputes between parties shall be submitted exclusively to a competent court in the Netherlands.

7 Subscriptions

7.1 Subscriptions and SEPA direct debits may be cancelled at any time. The User shall retain access to the product until the end of the period already paid for.

7.2 Termination of a subscription can be done by the customer in her profile or by sending an e-mail to contact@moneyminds.io.
